Summary0002905: Error adding this DCP to film - doesn't work on Windows - works on Ubuntu
Description

I am unable add the linked DCP. I can reproduce it on Windows but not on Ubuntu.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. I open the DCP-o-matic (Version 2.16.75) application on Windows 11
  2. I create a new film (File->New…)
  3. I attempt to “Add DCP…” with our attached sample DCP
  4. I get following error messages - see attached screens

DCP is too big to attach (150 MB) - here is a link:

I don't get any error message if I add the video, audio and subtitle files through ‘Add file(s)’ instead of 'Add DCP...' - again happens only on Windows

I guess you probably have different versions of DCP-o-matic on WIndows and Ubuntu?

I think the bug was fixed in v2.16.76. Perhaps you could try that on Windows and see if it works any better.

I discovered the issue a while back and there was no newer Windows version.
But now it is fixed - thanks.
