Summary0002916: Some verifier errors shown even when asset is encrypted
Description

I get these errors from the cli verifier:

Warning: Some aspect of this DCP could not be checked because it is encrypted.
Bv2.1 error: The XML for the SMPTE subtitle asset 59a1cf15-b40f-495d-8925-110809802ad6_sub.mxf has no <Language> tag.
Bv2.1 error: The XML for the SMPTE subtitle asset 59a1cf15-b40f-495d-8925-110809802ad6_sub.mxf has no <StartTime> tag.

Even though 59a1cf15-b40f-495d-8925-110809802ad6_sub.mxf is encrypted and dcpomatic2_verify would have a very hard time to tell if the <Language> or <StartTime> tags are present or not..
