DCP on QUBE server - Help

Waiting for the movie to change though do see that DCP-O-Matic has been tested on the server

Is there a test DCP I can use ?

There is no standard test DCP for those tests, no.

I'm pretty sure this is a 30fps issue. This server seems not to be able to play 30fps properly. The DCP-o-matic compatibility matrix only states basic compatibility. It doesn't guarantee that the server or projector is able to play every format that DCP-o-matic is able to generate.

Try to create a short 30fps DCP (->DCP->Frame Rate), using only an audio file, 10-20secs will do. DOM will create black frames for the video automatically. Try to play this and check the audio.

Also, try this both with Interop AND SMPTE versions.

If that problem persists, you need to get a 24fps version of that content, or, don't play it on this specific server. Cinema is 24fps.
