Fade out not being applied after trim

Hi,

I seem to have an issue where I have trimmed a film (for an intermission) but then when I set a fade out, it's not applied to the new trimmed section.

In the timing dialogue it still says 'Full Length 02:05:14:22' even though the play length is 1:28:29:24.

I think the fade is still being applied based on the 02:05:14:22 time, I know this because if I set a HUGE fade of 2 hours, it darkens the image over time (but doesn't fade to black).

I'm trying to work around this by encoding part 1 without a fade, then adding the dcp into a new project with a fade, but that means re-encoding the image again, which will degrade the image quality...

Any way around this?

Perhaps you could try version 2.6.16 as that bug should be fixed there.
