During opening folder with 3D DCP (Add folder...) appears message:

Examine content
Error: could not open MXF file for reading (...\...\file_name.mxf) (error -115)

Details... : Could not open MXF file for reading (...\...\file_name.mxf) (error -115)
An error occured whilst handling the file "file_name.mxf"

There are no problems with opening 2D DCP. Any idea? Where I can find list of errors and their description?

There isn't really a list of errors anywhere; that's an internal error code from one of the libraries that DCP-o-matic uses. Could you send the .xml files from the DCP that you are importing to carl@dcpomatic.com?

Thank you; please try 2.6.28 when it is uploaded in an hour or two to http://dcpomatic.com/test-download. Import of 3D DCPs has not seen much testing, so there may be other problems, but your immediate one should be fixed there.

Import now is OK (no errors), but I must choosing Type of imported Video: 3D alternate (default is 2D) and previewed only LEFT EYE. Timing - Video framerate: 48 fps (this option no change - OK) but Play length it showing a half of a real time of video. And If I change to 24 fps then Play length is correct, but still preview only LEFT EYE.
Despite of upper case I try to Make DCP (3D) from this one but have Error in finalizing video MXF (file_name) (error -114)

OK, thanks for doing the testing. It looks like there are a few bugs there. I've put them into the tracker and I'll investigate soon (probably after 2.7.0 is released).
