|Summary||0001256: DCP-referencing tooltip hint does not appear|
On Windows 10, at least. 47c34c6c7c82396b62e101283cb25b8726dbaefd and 3ae67788dcb1567c5d6df65e89cd84bf484e82be should fix it once they've had a little testing.

In 2.12.3 OS X Sierra, it does appear, but only for the checkbox for video content, not for audio and subtitles. I am not sure though, wether it ever appeared there before.
Hmm. The tooltip is an elegant way to do this. Too bad it can disabled unwittingly in WIN10. I understand labels are a way to circumvent this - what I don't like is that now we have a statement in a prominent place in the GUI saying 'something doesn't work' - even if people don't want to create OV/VF...
I also understand, while the tooltip was elegant, it escaped many users. Maybe we should think this over.
Should be OK now. The hint only appears if it needs to (otherwise it's hidden).
