Summary0001846: Unexpected stderr output from dcpomatic2 CLI command
Description

On a clean install of MacOS Mojave, DCP-o-matic makes some odd output to stderr when launching with dcpomatic2 CLI command.

2020-09-24 22:03:59.564 dcpomatic2[37551:592533] isPrefsCreateCacheFromEnabledAndDefaultInputSources - can't find anything from GetInputSourceEnabledPrefs, use defaultASCIIKeyLayoutDict = <CFBasicHash 0x7f970f63fa30 [0x113df48f0]>{type = immutable dict, count = 3,
entries =>
    0 : <CFString 0x113e5f7e8 [0x113df48f0]>{contents = "InputSourceKind"} = <CFString 0x113ea4d28 [0x113df48f0]>{contents = "Keyboard Layout"}
    1 : <CFString 0x113e5a4e8 [0x113df48f0]>{contents = "KeyboardLayout Name"} = <CFString 0x7f970f63d940 [0x113df48f0]>{contents = "British"}
    2 : <CFString 0x113e90e68 [0x113df48f0]>{contents = "KeyboardLayout ID"} = <CFNumber 0x237 [0x113df48f0]>{value = +2, type = kCFNumberSInt64Type}
}

I launched DCP-o-matic for first time on this machine using CLI command, so that may be related. I've since launched the app with the usual "double-click on the icon" method, but this stderr output still persists on every launch after that using the CLI.

Strangely, on another machine also running same version of MacOS + DCP-o-matic, but which had a previous install of earlier version of DCP-o-matic, no stderr output at all.

Does this output indicate anything awry, and if not any idea how I can make it go away?

Strange! Might be a macOS bug...?

Gosh you're right! Adding an Australian keyboard and then removing it again fixed it. Bizarre.

Sorry - I should have Googled before opening an issue. Shame on me for assuming the bug was in DOM.

No problem, it's certainly an odd one!
