Description

The program only responds with a pop-up window with an error:

"DCP-o-matic could not start."
"Could not open tags file (/usr/share/libdcp/tags/language) (error 2)"

I haven't used the v2.15.* for quite some time, so I don't know if the problem is specific for 2.15.111.

Steps To Reproduce

Just start dcpomatic2.

Additional Information

I moved away my v2.14.* config files, so these are not interfering
